Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Manager to become the cornerstone of their growing marketing team. This key role offers the unique opportunity to help shape the team alongside a soon-to-be-hired Senior Digital Manager and another marketing colleague. If you're driven by hitting pipeline and revenue targets and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to dive into both strategic planning and tactical execution. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to execute campaigns that directly contribute to growth.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage HubSpot workflows, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn Live events, including technical setup and execution.
Collaborate with digital and SEO contractors, ensuring paid and organic marketing activities are effectively aligned with clear outcomes.
Plan and execute impactful events, both virtual and in-person, such as executive dinners, industry event participation, and livestream partnerships.
Regularly analyze and optimize campaigns, leveraging marketing analytics platforms to enhance performance and clearly communicate results.
Lead email segmentation strategies and optimize customer journeys to enhance nurture programs and content effectiveness.
Oversee marketing budgets, monitor campaign spend, and maintain clear reporting of full-funnel metrics and outcomes across the organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in demand generation and marketing operations, ideally within fast-growth environments.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
Skilled in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including paid, organic, and event-based initiatives.
Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working directly with vendors and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of ownership.
