Founding Designer

Our client is seeking a visionary Founding Designer to take full creative ownership of their innovative product. This hybrid role uniquely combines elements of Product Design, Creative Direction, Brand Architecture, and Visionary Leadership. You'll play a pivotal role, shaping every creative aspect—from initial concept to polished execution—and must possess a holistic obsession with both the product vision and the reasons behind its creation.

This role is perfect for someone ready to dive deep into rapid prototyping, iterate quickly, and passionately champion every creative decision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interaction Architecture: Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences, including flows, transitions, animations, interaction logic, and pacing from the ground up.

• Sensory Identity: Craft a fully integrated sensory experience encompassing typography, layout, imagery, motion, and sound—ensuring each detail is purposeful and emotionally resonant.

• AI-Human Interface Design: Develop the tone, personality, and visual presence of AI-driven agents, carefully curating not just their interactions but their emotional resonance.

• Brand Expression: Own and develop the cohesive visual identity and brand experience across all product touchpoints, extending into future marketing initiatives and external creative expressions.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in product design, visual storytelling, brand development, and interactive experiences.

• Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping, iteration, and hands-on creative execution.

• Demonstrated ability to define and execute innovative product strategies, particularly around human-AI interactions.

• Exceptional attention to detail, paired with a visionary perspective on brand and product development.

This is initially a contract-to-hire position. After demonstrating successful outcomes within the first 2-3 months, the candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent, full-time role.
